My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient and looked nice, with close proximity to my daughter's event, there were several issues with the rooms and service. The rooms had a strong smell of smoke and were not well-maintained, with cleanliness and maintenance problems. The service was very rude and disrespectful, making the overall stay unpleasant.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room still had a lingering smell of weed and cigarettes, the jacuzzi was also dirty upon arrival, with a lack of essentials like cups and towels. The service was a mix of good and bad with some staff being extremely nice and courteous, but others displaying a nasty attitude, notably Amber. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby amenities, although the parking situation was a drawback. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited and unappealing options. Despite these issues, the facilities were adequate for a decent stay.

I wanted a room with a hardwood floor and a small connected dinette with 2 chairs, but what I got was disappointing. The room was not very clean, with holes in the sheets and a lingering smell in the hallways. Despite some friendly interactions, the service was lacking in cleanliness and attention to detail. The location, just off the interstate, was one of the few positives. However, the dining options were far from appealing, with a limited and uninviting selection. It's apparent that improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed at this hotel.
